Acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which sterile ultra-fine needles are inserted into specific acupuncture points throughout the body. This helps a persons energy (qi) to flow well helping the body to restore balance and promote good physical and mental health. It has been used to treat a wide variety of diseases and disorders including:
- Skin conditions
- Allergies
- Emotional issues such as stress, depression and anxiety
- Sleep issues and insomnia
- Digestive complaints for example IBS, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, indigestion, acid reflux and haemorrhoids.
- Pain, arthritis, dental pain, facial pain, joint pain, sports injuries, sprains, strains, back pain, plantar fasciitis and post operative pain, migraine
- Gynaecological disorders – painful periods, infertility, PMS, menstrual complaints, morning sickness
- Menopause symptoms – including hot flushes and night sweats

Cupping:
Cupping is a therapy used to help remove stagnation and stimulate the flow of qi (energy) and blood to the area where the cups are placed. This helps ease muscle tension and stiffness with the aim of reducing pain.
Moxibustion:
Moxibustion is a therapy which uses dried mugwort burned at particular points on the skin to warm and invigorate the flow of qi and to dispel pathogenic influences.
